Currently all good product sold is not refundable. We carefully selected our product before sending out.
If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has defective problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.
For Defective items, When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
All Item with tear and wear issue is no warranty except specific Brand like Otterbox, Lifeproof, UAG with thier limited warranty terms.

Only for items with warranty terms,
1 .kindly email us the items problem with photo description.
2 . Once we received the email, we will request to send/courier back the item for us to claim the warranty from related supplier.
3. Warranty process 1-2 weeks depends on the supplier of the products.
4. Shipping Fees for 2 way (Send to Red Design, Redesign send back to Customer) will be bear by Customer.
